- Age: 17-22 by Sept 1 of the college start year
- Test scores: Navy: SAT 1100 (540 math/550 ERW) or ACT 21 math/22 English; Marine: SAT 1000 or ACT 22
- Military: Navy or Marine Corps (service obligation)
Homeschool students: the sponsor says homeschoolers can apply.
