Four-year scholarships, up to the cost of a West Virginia public college, for graduates of high schools in Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, Mineral and Morgan counties, WV, with a B average, financial need and good citizenship, studying one of nine listed fields (accounting, business, engineering, education and others).
