Lottery-funded merit scholarship paying part of tuition at eligible Georgia colleges for Georgia residents who graduate with a 3.0 HOPE GPA and four rigor credits; unaccredited homeschool graduates qualify by test score or earn it retroactively in college.

Who can apply
- Lives or goes to school in Georgia
- For seniors or college students
- GPA of at least 3.0
- Four rigor credits from the Academic Rigor Course List (eligible/accredited high schools)
- Homeschool: Unaccredited home study completers: ACT 24 or SAT 1160 before completion, or retroactive eligibility with a 3.0 college HOPE GPA after 30 attempted semester hours; accredited home study programs (e.g., GAC, GACS, ACSI) follow the GPA route (preferred, not required)
Homeschool students: the sponsor says homeschoolers can apply.
