Who can apply

- GPA of at least 2.5
- Graduated from a New Mexico high school or completed a high school equivalency within about 16 months; fewer than 160 credits; no bachelor degree
- Homeschool: Home school students with a New Mexico Public Education Department home school registration certificate count as recent graduates (preferred, not required)
