Tuition scholarship of up to $10,000 for Nevada high school graduates with a 3.25 GPA (or ACT 21/SAT 1070) and a core curriculum who attend an eligible Nevada college; homeschooled students may also be eligible by applying to the Treasurer.

- GPA of at least 3.25
- Test scores: ACT 21 or SAT 1070 can replace a GPA below 3.25
- Core curriculum: 4 English, 4 math incl. Algebra II, 3 science, 3 social science; Nevada resident 2 years of high school
- Homeschool: Homeschooled students may be eligible; must apply to the State Treasurer's Office (preferred, not required)
