Up to $5,000 a year, renewable four years, for Ohio seniors in the top 5% of their high school class who attend an Ohio college; homeschooled students compete as a group using ACT or SAT scores.

- Top 5% of graduating class at an Ohio public or chartered nonpublic high school
- Test scores: Homeschool applicants ranked by ACT or SAT composite
- Homeschool: Homeschooled seniors apply at meritscholarship.ohio.gov with an ACT/SAT score and the district superintendent letter; top 5% of homeschool applicants qualify (preferred, not required)
Homeschool students: the sponsor says homeschoolers can apply.
