Who can apply
- For seniors
- Highest-ranking graduate of an accredited Texas high school; college may choose to offer it.
- Homeschool: limited to the top graduate of an accredited high school, so homeschool graduates generally do not qualify. (preferred, not required)
Homeschool note: this award seems to need an accredited school, class rank or a school nomination. Ask the sponsor whether a homeschool transcript and a parent’s counselor letter are accepted; many say yes when asked.
