Who can apply
- Lives or goes to school in Washington
- For middle schoolers or freshmen or seniors or college students
- Shows financial need
- GPA of at least 2.0
- Income-eligible (free/reduced lunch level) in 7th-9th grade; file FAFSA/WASFA senior year; no felony convictions
- Homeschool: Homeschooled students may enroll in 7th-8th (or 9th) grade if income-eligible and may graduate from a Washington homeschool (preferred, not required)
- Circumstance: foster (preferred, not required)
Homeschool students: the sponsor says homeschoolers can apply.
