- Complete Hathaway Success Curriculum courses
- Homeschool: Wyoming homeschool graduates eligible: apply before 21st birthday, ACT 17+ (or WorkKeys for Provisional), and complete the homeschool Success Curriculum (preferred, not required)
Homeschool students: the sponsor says homeschoolers can apply.
